All Pixel Pitch posters are printed on demand and shipped globally by our production partner, Gelato.
Production Time
Each poster is custom-printed after you place your order. Production typically takes 2-5 business days.
Shipping Times
After production, shipping times vary by destination:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada & Mexico: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 5-12 business days
- Rest of World: 7-20 business days
These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can use this to track your package.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.
International Orders
Gelato prints locally in 30+ countries, which means faster delivery and lower shipping costs for most international orders. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged in Transit
If your poster arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us at support@pixelpitch.com within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement.
