Return & Refund Policy
At Pixel Pitch, every poster is printed on demand just for you. Because each item is custom-made, we handle returns and refunds as follows:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your poster arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown on our website, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@pixelpitch.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Print Quality Issues
Our posters are printed by Gelato using museum-quality inks and materials. If you believe the print quality does not meet the standard shown in our product images, contact us with photos and we will work to resolve the issue.
Change of Mind
Because all items are printed on demand and made specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please review product images and descriptions carefully before ordering.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at support@pixelpitch.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
